Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Average delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on the product and your location within Europe. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery time, but we always do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Free Shipping (Europe Only)
We currently offer free shipping on all orders across Europe. Caine Gadgets does not ship outside of Europe at this time.

Tracking
All orders include a tracking code, so you can easily monitor your delivery. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check that your address details are correct before completing your purchase. We are not liable for undeliverable orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any additional costs incurred as a result are the customer’s responsibility.

Orders Not Received
If you have not received your order within 30 days, please contact us at info@cainegadgets.com with your order number, and we will provide a solution.
