14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
At Caine Gadgets we offer a simple return and refund policy: within 14 days of receiving your order you can request a refund. In most cases, you do not need to return the item.
How to request a refund
Contact us at info@cainegadgets.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. If applicable, include photos or videos (for example, in case of a defect or incorrect delivery). We respond within 2 business days.
When we may ask for a return
In exceptional cases (for example, high-value items, incorrect size or color, or suspected misuse) we may ask you to return the item. You will then receive a return label and return address. Items returned without authorization cannot be processed.
Damaged or incorrect item received
Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours. We will always resolve this with a refund or replacement.
Exceptions
We cannot offer refunds for:

Legal right of withdrawal (EU)
For deliveries within the EU, you also have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. In such cases, the item may need to be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Refund timeline
After your request is approved, you will receive your refund within 5–10 business days via the same payment method. Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional processing time.
